By accessing the MINT platform and its underlying high-velocity engine, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority (18+ years). This agreement represents a binding technical connection between the end-user and the MINT engineering collective.
Scope of Architectural services
MINT provides elite decentralized finance infrastructure and real-time market data solutions. This includes institutional asset review, multi-chain connectivity, and secure storage protocols. We reserve the right to recalibrate any service or engine parameter at our discretion to maintain system integrity.
User Responsibilities & Network Conduct
Users must engage with the site and decentralized tools in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Any attempt at unauthorized system access, smart contract tampering, or protocol exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent blacklisting from the network.
Ownership of Intellectual Assets
All original content, including 3D visual designs (like our geometric loops), written technical materials, and proprietary code, are the intellectual asset of the Novix team. You may not reuse, modify, or share any part of our work without written consent.
Data Usage & Cryptographic Privacy
